Returns & exchange
If you for some reason would like to return or exchange your Mie Argentum Jewellery ( MA ), you do within 14 days from the date the jewellery has been received. If not, you will loose your right to refund. Please note that we will only accept items that are unworn, in impeccable condition and returned in it´s original MA box. Earrings are excluded from our return & exchange policy due to hygienic reasons. Customers are fully responsible for the shipping costs of such returns. We kindly ask you to send the parcel to: Mie Argentum AS, Postboks 8 Smestad, 0309 Oslo, Norway. The name of the person who placed the order and its order number must be included. Send an email at email@example.com, and let us know if you would like a refund or exchange to another product. All refunds will be return to the card used for your purchase. Please make sure you obtain your certificate of posting form, as proof of postage. We cannot be held responsible for any items which fail to reach us.
We are not able to accept returns of MA items purchased from other retailers.
We always stribe to make sure our products keep up to the high standards we demand for our brand. However, it may occure that imperfect items slips through our quality control. In the unlucky event of this happening, please send photo along with a description/explanation to firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will happily offer you a new item. Please notify us within 48 hours from you receive the parcel. Please be aware that we will not accept damages or issues that are clearly man-made, and/or poor care of your jewellery.
Items on sale are not refundable.
We will repair your jewellery free of charge within the first 6 months after purchase. Please note this only includes jewellery that has been broken by normal wear and tear. You are required to present the receipt from your purchase along with the broken item.
