Once you have placed an order, we will dispatch your parcel within 2 working days.

You will receive an SMS and/or e-mail with your order confirmation. Please hold on to this mail so you have your order number for future queries.

We send your jewellery with «Bring Servicepakke» or «Express over natten» for our Norwegian customers, and offer DHL shipping for international deliveries.

The Bring parcels will be delivered at your local delivery point. Normally within 2-3 days. You will receive an SMS and/or email when your parcel is ready to be collected. Please make sure to pick it up in time to avoid it being sendt back to us. If this were to happen the customers is responsible for additional shipping costs.

The DHL parcels will be delivered at your door. Normally 2-3 days after dispatch. You will receive a mail with the tracking number so you can keep an eye on your parcel. DHL will handle your order through custom and charge you for import VAT and admin fee after your delivery. So please check with your local authorities the costs involved importing your jewellery before placing the order.

Kindly note delivery time are provided as guidelines only. If you need your jewellery for a specific date, then please send us a mail before placing your order.
